The Lloctinent Palace is a building affiliated with nobility, which currently houses the archive of the Crown of Aragón. Due to its proximity to the Jewish Quarter, a visit to the palace it almost inevitable . It must be acknowledged that much of its construction material was derived from headstones taken from the Jewish cemetery that once existed on Montjuic mountain.
