A brilliant combination of English and Spanish pleasures creates this atmosphere that is for everyone. Merging Eastern and Western philosophies, Princesa 23, in the Barrio Born is a great location that allows people to be what they want to be. It is not a Irish bar, but it does show special sporting events on their two TV´s and has great beer on tap. It is not a Moroccan bar, but the beautiful interior is covered in rot-iron light fixtures and lush, large, middle eastern couches and philosophies. It has an entire passage from the book The Profit by Gibran Khalil Gibran painted throughout the restaurant. It is not a Spanish bar but it does have a wide selection of tappas and bocadillos.

It is a great place to meet up with the guys but most of the customers are girls. One female regular told me that it is just a great, safe place to drink if you are a women. The customers and the staff is also as eclectic. You will find people from all over the world working and visiting here at different times. From families enjoying a friendly meal to young Spanish couples enjoying a Mojito. Except, they have a lot more than that! They also offer Frozen Margaritas and Daiquiris, Long Island Ice Tea´s and Sea Breezes to name a few. They have Chipitos(SHOTS), and have special offers from time to time. The 23rd of the month is a special celebration where they offer drink specials and throw a party - mark it down each month. They offer a full menu from 18:00-23:00 and offer a menu of the day with it from 12:00 to 16:30. The bar is open from 12 pm to 3am
