Arrival, stay and departure

What is the minimum stay?

Most of the apartments require a minimum stay of three nights, however, there are some apartments that can be booked for two nights under certain conditions and at a special rate. Availability and price are calculated automatically. Monthly rentals 30 days minimum.

Where will we get the keys?

The keys are given to you on arrival at the address mentioned in your confirmation e-mail and upon signature of your rental contract. The meeting point is normally the apartment itself, however, in some cases this may also be at the property manager’s office. You will be met there at a time specified by you, subject to our policy of arrival and departure times (below).

What time can we arrive / depart?

Arrivals should normally be between 4pm and 10pm, and departures should be before 11am. Normally provisions can be made with the apartment manager to look after luggage during the hours between, but the apartment should be vacated to allow for cleaning. All agreements in relation to this should be discussed directly with the apartment manager.

Please note that for late arrivals you will have to pay a surcharge to the person receiving you, of 30 euros after 10 PM and 50 euros after 1 AM.

Who will meet us at the apartment?

The owner or their representative will meet you at the apartment.

Prices and Payments

Are the prices per person or per apartment?

Prices shown are per apartment per night. The price is not affected by the number of people staying in the apartment, but apartments have a capacity as shown on the website, and may not be booked for greater numbers without our consent.

How much do I pay to make the booking? Are there any taxes?

To make a booking you need to pay a downpayment of the total charge. This is calculated automatically for you when you make the booking online. This is non-refundable.

All taxes are already included in the price.

How and when do I pay the rest of the money?

We have different policies for some apartments, for most of them you will be able to pay on arrival in cash or by credit card, but for some apartments you will be required to pay the remaining payment before arrival, by credit card.

Rentals over 90 days - first payment for 90 days must be paid on or prior to arrival. Payments thereafter may be made every 30 days on the first day of each 30 day period.

This policies will be clearly shown when you are booking the apartment.

What is the deposit I have to pay on arrival?

On arrival you will also be asked for 150 euros for daily rentals, 500 euros for monthly rentals. as a deposit against damage made during your stay. This normally should be in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
