Stepping into this Gothic Quarter mansion takes you into a world of opulent, old-world elegance. An architectural heritage site built in the year 1770, the mansion has been in the same distinguished family since the 18th century. Time has stood still inside the walls of this building, the only one of its kind in the Gothic Quarter that still preserves the stunning splendour of a bygone era. The mansion adds a touch of Baroque beauty and classic European luxury to banquets, dinners, cocktail parties, celebrations and high-end company events.

STABLES & COACH HOUSE
In addition to its opulent entrance and second floor, the mansion's OLD STABLES and COACH HOUSE have been turned into charming event spaces. The arched ceilings and beautiful, bare stone walls are remnants from an even older, medieval structure. Combined with classic and Baroque details, these rooms are small journeys into architectural history as well as delightful, luminous settings for pre-dinner cocktails, receptions or parties.

The entire ground floor can accommodate a total of 100 diners for banquets or 180 guests for cocktails.

PLANTA NOBLE
The grand second floor – the PLANTA NOBLE - consists of several exquisite salons that recall a more sumptuous, luxuriant time. Decorated with original paintings, sculptures, furniture and art objects of the period, these rooms bear testimony to an era, a city and a way of life.

Without a doubt, the SALON SANT MORI and SALON MONTCORTES are the mansion's crowning jewels. Walls covered in patterned, cream silk with matching curtains, enormous glass chandeliers, gilded mirrors, a grand piano, painted ceilings: this is Baroque splendour at its best. Awash in sunlight, with large windows overlooking a charming medieval square, these salons are dream settings for gala dinners, private classical concerts, business lunches, incentives, receptions, meetings, film shoots, presentations and gourmet tastings.

The two adjacent salons can be combined into one space that can seat up to a 100 people in a banquet arrangement.

Furthermore, the old waiting room - SALA ROJA - and the old family dining room - SALON ROCABERTI – offer two additional, smaller spaces that can be used in conjunction with the main salons. The large table in the Salon Rocaberti seats 16 people and provides a distinguished setting for business meetings and contract signings.

Although the MARQUESAS dormitory is not available for events, the suite can be visited. Divided into two areas – a sitting room and bedroom – the suite is a stunning example of Baroque opulence.

OPEN-AIR COURTYARD
When the weather is warm and pleasant, the COURTYARD offers a quiet, lush refuge awash in bright, innocent charm. The vanilla-coloured walls are adorned with engraved, floral motifs, making this tranquil outdoor spot the perfect choice for cocktails and banquets in the spring and summer.

For particularly extravagant events, the entire mansion can be rented. Combined, the two floors can accommodate 250 ppl. for cocktails or 108 ppl. for banquets.
