Esferic Pavilion

This beautiful pavilion on Montjuïc is a new and different kind of Barcelona event venue. Ideal for both corporate and private events, it is a decidedly original building set against the lush backdrop of the Montjuïc Park. Located in the Joan Brossa Garden, one of the park's prettiest, this venue is an eye-catching pavilion based on a building originally constructed for the 1929 World Fair. Recent renovations have turned the building's two floors into bright, airy, open spaces that pay tribute to this historic pavilion. The facade is a modern take on the original.

In addition to its intriguing design, the pavilion boasts one of the city's best locations, on a hillside overlooking the city. The Joan Brossa Garden - named after the renowned Catalan poet, playwright and artist - was built upon the site of the old Montjuïc amusement park. The landscaping is full of imagination, combining modern arrangements of Mediterranean flora with sweeping lawn areas. And last, but not least, the view from the pavilion's terraces deserves a special mention: a citywide panorama that is absolutely breathtaking.

The pavilion was designed to host any kind of private or company event: parties, weddings, corporate events, product presentations (including cars!), cocktail receptions, gala dinners, etc. The building consists of two open-plan spaces and two terraces with gorgeous city views.

MAIN LEVEL:

The main floor stands out for its modern interior design. The curved white walls and rounded forms play off the building's characteristic spherical architecture. This floor is ideal for receptions, cocktails or parties. The open-plan area has several columns at the centre, and a bar (for coffees/cocktails) and a DJ booth along the sides. Cocktail tables can be set up in the central area, which also doubles as a perfect dance floor. The main entrance leads out to a large terrace.

This floor also has a back area with a coat check, bathrooms and a small multipurpose room with a flat screen TV that can be used as a private office or a children's playroom.

UPPER LEVEL:

An elegant, curved, black staircase leads up to the second floor, which has enormous glass walls overlooking the entire city. Truly spectacular. This open-plan space is very bright and has its own terrace. It also has its own entrance, separate from the downstairs access, which is big enough for a car (in fact, the upper level is great for product presentations, including automobiles). The space is incredibly versatile in terms of table arrangements. A bar can be set up inside or outside on the terrace. This is a modern and elegant space, ideal for gala dinners, big parties, presentations and events of all kinds.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The pavilion provides clients with immense creative freedom in designing their event. Since the space is used exclusively for events, the rooms can be set-up in many different ways. The entire building is equipped with state of the art technology. The sound system is distributed throughout both levels and has separate control panels, as does the lighting system, which offers up a wide array of options. The outdoor lighting of the facade can be changed by using different colour filters.

Different catering options are also available: dinners, lunches, buffets, cocktails, coffee breaks and more.
