Fun Corporate And Group Activities In Barcelona Paella Cooking Challenge

Spain is famous for its fantastic food and in particular for paella, one of the landmark dishes of the region and one which combines perfectly with the ample supply of fresh sea-food and shell-fish found in Barcelona. Delicious in its flavor and texture, the perfect paella is a treat for the taste-buds and a plate which any aspiring chef will certainly want to master.

This is your chance to have a go at cooking the perfect paella yourselves. Our master chef will lead you through the preparation of the raw materials to the final production of the perfect paella. The best bit, however, is what comes next – the enjoying of the final creation. Washed down with some crisp fresh white wine or, if you prefer, a stouter red, your meal is completed with a traditional starter and a dessert course, as well as wine, beer and soft drinks as required.

Your group will be divided into teams of 10-15 people per paella, and you will work together under the direction of our chefs to make your own paellas. Our master chef will then judge the paellas and declare the winner.

The location is an additional perk: a beautiful country house with spacious rooms and gorgeous garden and terrace areas. Nestled into the hills of one of Catalonia's wine-producing regions, this traditional Catalan masia provides an inspiring historical and natural setting. And the fresh air will do wonders for your appetite, adding to the fun and pleasure of this classic meal!
